跨境动物疫病传入定量风险评估研究简析 被引量:2

摘要 跨境动物疫病传入定量风险评估是描述动物疫病传入某一特定环境的生物学途径,并对传入发生概率采用数值进行定量推定的过程。跨境动物疫病传入定量风险评估可以带来准确直观的结果,有助于提高动物疫病防控政策的科学性和口岸检疫的针对性。国内外学者采用定量风险评估方法,分析了非洲猪瘟、非洲马瘟等跨境动物疫病传入后带来的影响及制定的相应措施,并提出了合理化建议。本文通过梳理分析跨境动物疫病传入定量风险评估的国内外研究进展,以期为做好跨境动物疫病的监测预警和防控奠定基础。 Quantitative risk assessment of the entry of transboundary animal diseases is a process describing biological pathways through which animal diseases enter into a specific environment,and the probability of entry occurrence is quantitatively estimated using numerical values.The accurate and intuitive results could be obtained by the assessment to help to improve the scientificity of the policies about animal disease prevention and control and the pertinence of port quarantine.The effect of the entry of African swine fever(ASF),African horse sickness(AHS)and other transboundary animal diseases as well as relevant countermeasures have been analyzed by scholars both at home and abroad,who proposed reasonable recommendations.In the paper,the research progress of the assessment,both domestical and international,was summarized and analyzed,with a view to laying a foundation for monitoring,early warning,and prevention and control of any transboundary animal diseases.
