摘要
目的调查统计四川省甘孜州石渠县妊娠晚期妇女及非妊娠妇女血红蛋白水平情况,分析妊娠晚期妇女血红蛋白与不良妊娠结局之间的关系。方法选取2020年12月至2022年1月期间在石渠县人民医院分娩的女性900例及同期就诊的非妊娠期育龄女性200例,比较不同组间血红蛋白及红细胞相关参数水平,并对妊娠期妇女的不良妊娠结局情况进行分析。结果石渠县孕期女性的贫血人数所占比例(17.98%)明显高于非孕期(16.00%);血红蛋白水平在妊娠晚期为(131.29±22.60 g/L)明显低于非妊娠女性(148.61±26.36 g/L)。贫血孕妇不良妊娠结局的发生率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论石渠县妊娠晚期女性血红蛋白水平情况略高于平原地区,贫血与不良妊娠结局具有一定相关性。
Objective To investigate the hemoglobin levels of women in the third trimester of pregnancy and non-pregnant women in Shiqu area(4520m),and to analyze the relationship between hemoglobin and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 900 women who gave birth in Shiqu Provence People′s Hospital from December 2020 to January 2022 and 200 non-pregnant women of childbearing age were selected to compare the levels of hemoglobin and erythrocyte related parameters among different groups,and to analyze the adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women.Results The proportion of anemia in pregnant women(17.98%)was significantly higher than that in non-pregnant women(16.00%).The hemoglobin level in the third trimester was(131.29±22.60 g/L)lower than that in non-pregnant women(148.61±26.36 g/L).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was higher in anemia pregnant women,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hemoglobin level of women in the third trimester of pregnancy in Shiqu area is slightly higher than that in plain area,and anemia has a certain correlation with adverse pregnancy outcomes.
