摘要 通过梳理船用和陆用防疫规范等文件,分析对比不同防疫通风空调系统的设计要点和差异,提出船舶防疫通风空调系统的设计思路,并介绍基于中国船级社EPC 1符号的某海工平台的防疫空调系统设计方案。研究表明:船用和陆用防疫规范对通风空调系统的要求基本上集中在系统配置、气流组织、气体压差、风口布置和空气过滤等5个方面;中国船级社的EPC N系列符号有级别划分。级别越高,隔离区内的舱室划分越细,数量越多,对不同类型人员的分流越细致。美国船级社的IDM-A对不同功能隔离舱室的气流参数有规定,操作性更强。可供船用防疫借鉴的陆用防疫技术有增设送风与排风机连锁、优化室内风口的布置和在室外风口增设多级过滤等。当前实际应用较多的是EPC 1符号,其的平疫切换方式更灵活,建造成本更少,能应用在改造或新造项目中。 This paper proposes a design concept of ventilation and air conditioning systems for ship epidemic prevention by analyzing and comparing the design points and differences of epidemic prevention ventilation and air conditioning systems,and introduces the design scheme of an epidemic prevention air conditioning system for an offshore platform based on the EPC 1 symbol of China Classification Society.Study shows that the requirements for ventilation and air conditioning systems in marine and land epidemic prevention regulations can be basically divided into five aspects including system configuration,airflow organization,gas pressure difference,air outlet layout,and air filtration,and the EPC N series symbols of China Classification Society also have level divisions.The higher the isolation level,the finer the division of compartments in the isolation zone,and the more the compartments divided,the finer the personnel sorted.The IDM-A of the American Bureau of Shipping(ABS)has specific airflow parameters for different functional isolation compartments,which is more operable.Different from the use on land,the technologies that can be used for epidemic prevention onboard include adding interlocking supply and exhaust fans,optimizing the specific layout of indoor air vents,and adding multi-stage filtration in outdoor air vents.Currently,the EPC 1 symbol is widely used onboard as it has a more flexible mode of epidemic control switching,lower construction costs,and can be applied in renovation or new construction projects.
