The Study of the Current Status of Kindergarten Teachers Informational Leadership

摘要 教师作为推进信息化建设的关键群体,其信息化领导力水平的高低影响教育现代化的水平。本研究对河南省310位幼儿教师进行调查,结果显示幼儿园教师的信息化领导力水平处于中等偏上,幼儿园教师的职务、教龄、幼儿园信息化设备与资源的丰富程度、幼儿园提供的相关培训以及为教师提供信息化使用的时间和机会对教师的信息化领导力有显著影响;幼儿教师信息化领导力各维度之间显著相关。为此,主管部门应科学规划,多方筹资,为幼儿园信息化建设提供保障;幼儿园践行服务型领导理念,完善激励和沟通机制;突破工作重点,加强信息化培训,改善信息化应用环境;教师主动学习,提升自身的信息化领导力。 Teachers,as a key group to promote the construction of informatization,the level of their informational leadership affects the level of education modernization.Through the Questionnaire on the Status of Teachers Informational Leadership,310 kindergarten teachers in Henan Province were surveyed,and the results show that the level of kindergarten teachers Informational leadership is in the middle to high range;the position of kindergarten teachers,their years of teaching experience,the abundance of kindergarten Informational equipments and resources,the relevant trainings provided by kindergartens as well as the time and opportunities provided for the teachers to use have a significant effect;there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of kindergarten teachers Informational leadership.Therefore,the competent authorities should provide scientific planning and multi-party financing to guarantee the construction of kindergarten Informational;kindergartens should practice the concept of service-oriented leadership and improve the incentive and communication mechanism;they should break through the focus of their work,strengthen Informational training,and improve the environment for Informational application;teachers should take the initiative to learn and improve their own Informational leadership.
