摘要
                
                    气候变化正逐步威胁人类健康,极端气候事件的出现加重了人群特定疾病的发病乃至死亡的健康负担。环境温度是尿石症的危险因素,高温和低温都可能影响尿石症的发生。大多数研究发现,高温季节的尿石症发病率较高,个别地区冬季尿石症的发病率也会升高。在气候变化背景下,应着重探究环境温度对尿石症影响的效应及机制,评估不同气候地区和不同人口学特征人群环境温度与尿石症的关系,并对高温、低温影响的脆弱人群进行识别,为制定公共卫生干预措施及降低尿石症发病风险提供参考。
                
                Climate change is gradually threatening human health.The emergence of extreme weather events has put a certain health burden on people with increasing morbidity and even mortality.The ambient temperature was a risk factor for urolithiasis,both higher temperature and lower temperature may lead to the occurrence of urolithiasis.Most studies have found a higher incidence of urolithiasis in high temperature seasons,and an increased incidence of urolithiasis in winter in some regions.In the context of climate change,we should focus on the exploring the effect and mechanism of ambient temperature on urolithiasis,evaluate the relationship between ambient temperature and urolithiasis in different climate regions and populations with different demographic characteristics,and identify vulnerable populations affected by higher or lower ambient temperature,so as to provide reference for public health interventions and reduce the risk of urolithiasis.
