摘要
近年来,随着科学技术的发展,智能化和定制化已经成为我国制造企业发展的一个主要方向,而要想实现工厂的智能化、安全化管理,除了要具备先进的自动化、智能化生产设备之外,还需要具备智能化的管理系统。而双重预防机制则是构建起防范生产安全事故的两道防火墙,即对风险的管控和隐患治理,在工厂安全生产过程中发挥着十分重要的作用。基于此该文以A石油化工企业为例,首先构建了智能工厂双重预防机制,然后在此基础之上建立起了安全管理系统,实现了工厂生产的智能化管理,以期能够为智能工厂的安全管理提供一些借鉴。
In recent years,with the development of science and technology,intelligence and customization has become a main direction of the development of manufacturing enterprises in China,and in order to achieve the intelligent and safe management of the factory,in addition to having advanced automation and intelligent production equipment,it is also necessary to have an intelligent management system.The double prevention mechanism is to build two firewalls to prevent production safety accidents,the risk control and hazard management,which plays a very important role in the factory safety production process.Based on this,this paper takes A petrochemical enterprise as an example,firstly constructs the dual prevention mechanism of smart factory,and then establishes a safety management system on this basis to realize the intelligent management of factory production,in order to provide some references for the safety management of smart factory.
