一种稠油降黏剂的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统稠油油藏开采使用的乳化降黏剂存在选择性弱、耐温耐盐性能差的问题,提出一种新型脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠降黏剂的制备方法,并对降黏剂的降黏性能进行研究。实验结果表明,反应温度为70℃、反应时间为7h时,降黏剂产率高达89.2%。降黏剂浓度为0.6%~0.8%、老化温度为200℃、老化时间为10d、油水比为7∶3、矿化度不超过15000mg·L^(-1)的条件下,降黏剂对稠油的降黏率高达99%,稠油界面张力从18.3m N·m^(-1)降低至10^(-1)m N·m^(-1),表现出良好的耐盐、耐温和降黏性能。室温条件下,36h磺酸钠降黏剂析水率稳定在20%;在50℃条件下,12h即可析出90%的水,乳状液破乳。即在室温条件下,磺酸钠降黏剂对稠油具备较好的稳定性,在开采出来后,50℃放置12h即可实现油水分离,从而实现稠油的收集。 Aiming at the problems of weak selectivity and poor temperature and salt resistance of emulsified viscosity reducer used in traditional heavy oil reservoir exploitation,a new type of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate sodium viscosity reducer was prepared and its viscosity reduction performance was studied.The results showed that the yield of viscosity reducer reached 89.2%when the reaction temperature was 70℃and the reaction time was 7h.When the concentration of viscosity reducer is 0.6%~0.8%,the aging temperature is 200℃,the aging time is 10d,the ratio of oil to water is 7:3,and the salinity does not exceed 15000mg·L^(-1),the viscosity reduction rate of viscosity reducer for heavy oil is up to 99%,and the interfacial tension of heavy oil is reduced from 18.3mN·m^(-1) to 10-1mN·m^(-1),showing good salt resistance,temperature resistance and viscosity reduction performance.At room temperature,the water precipitation rate of sodium sulfonate viscosity reducer is stable at 20%for 36h,and 90%water can be separated out for 12h at 50℃,and the emulsion is demulsified.That is to say,at room temperature,sodium sulfonate viscosity reducer has good stability for heavy oil.After mining out,oil and water can be separated and heavy oil can be collected after 12 hours at 50℃.
