海上底水稠油油藏水平井堵水与低温热化学吞吐复合增效应用 被引量:3

Application of water plugging and low temperature thermochemical huff and puffin horizontal wells of offshore heavy oil reservoirs with bottom water

摘要 渤海W油田P井区为强底水稠油油藏,具有埋藏深、储层厚度大、地层原油黏度高,储层物性好等特点,投产初期采用冷采开发,出现含水上升快、产量递减大等特征,开发效果差。为了改善油田开发现状,结合水平井冷采井筒条件,提出了堵水体系、化学增效剂和低温热水的复合吞吐方法,并利用三维物模装置开展不同堵水体系及化学药剂复合吞吐的实验。实验表明,氮气泡沫+热水+降黏剂复合吞吐控水增油效果最好,提高采出程度23.52%,且先注堵水药剂再注热水+降黏剂的段塞组合顺序效果更好。结合室内实验和数值模拟研究,优选P3H井开展氮气泡沫-低温热水-降黏剂复合吞吐先导试验,措施后含水率从91.80%降低至5.53%,高峰日产油量为措施前的5倍,有效期达105 d,单次措施累计增油3852 t,措施效果较好。该项技术为海上深层底水普通稠油油藏改善开发效果提供了一种新的技术方法,也为海上类似稠油油田提供一定的借鉴。 Well block P of W oilfield in Bohai is a heavy oil reservoir with strong bottom water,which is characterized by deep burial,thick reservoir,high viscosity and good physical properties.At the initial stage of production,cold production was adopted,which was characterized by rapid water cut and large production decline.In order to improve the development effect,combined with wellbore conditions by cold production in horizontal wells,a compound huff and puff method of water blocking system,chemical synergists and low-temperature hot water is proposed,and different compound huff and puff is analyzed by using 3D physical modeling device.The experiment shows that the nitrogen foam+hot water+viscosity reducer has the best water control and oil increase effect,with the enhanced oil recovery of 23.52%.In addition,the slug combination of water plugging agent first and then hot water+viscosity reducer works better.Combined with laboratory experiments and numerical simulation,a pilot test of nitrogen foam-low temperature hot water-viscosity reducer was carried out in Well P3H.After the measures,the water cut decreased from 91.80%to 5.53%,the peak daily oil production was 5 times higher,and the validity period reached 105 days.Therefore,the method can be used as a reference to enhance oil recovery in similar offshore heavy oilfields.
