摘要
【目的/意义】面对新的科研环境与社会发展需求,开展跨学科科研合作对青年科研人员而言既是机遇又面临多种障碍,探究关键影响因素与作用关系,有助于优化合作决策与要素布局。【方法/过程】面向具有跨学科科研合作经历的青年科研人员开展一对一半结构化深度访谈,参照扎根理论三级编码流程分析访谈资料,提炼出14个子范畴和6个主范畴,构建了包含个体、合作网络、外部环境三个维度的青年科研人员跨学科科研合作行为影响因素框架(ICE框架)。【结果/结论】青年科研人员跨学科科研合作行为受内在驱动、内部维系、外部推动作用影响。其中,合作态度、感知控制是核心内在驱动因素;合作者联结、关系质量、共同认知是关键内部维系力量;外部支持可细分为政策支持、专项科研资助、学科体制支持。【创新/局限】聚焦青年科研人员,通过质性方法探究形成其跨学科科研合作行为影响因素三维框架,未来需通过大规模数据进行验证,并区分不同情境的影响差异。
[Purpose/significance]Interdisciplinary research collaboration means both opportunities and challenges for young researchers faced with new research environment and social development needs.Exploring its influencing factors and mechanism will help optimize collaboration decision-making and element layout.[Method/process]This paper conducts semi-structured in-depth interviews with young researchers who have experience in interdisciplinary research collaboration,and qualitatively analyzes the interview data according to the grounded theory,and extracts fourteen sub-categories and six main categories,and develops a theoretical framework(ICE Framework)of the influencing factors from three dimensions:individual,collaboration network,and external environment.[Result/conclusion]Young researchers'interdisciplinary research collaboration behavior is influenced by internal drive,internal maintenance and external promotion.Collaboration attitude and perceived control are the core internal driving factors;collaborator interaction,relationship quality,and shared cognition are the key internal sustaining forces;external support can be subdivided into policy support,special fund,and discipline institutional support.[Innovation/limitation]This study focuses on young researchers,and uses qualitative methods to explore and develop a three-dimensional framework of influencing factors of interdisciplinary research collaboration behavior.In the future,it needs to be verified by large-scale data,and the difference of influence in different situations will bedistinguished.
