摘要
随着信息技术的发展,各高校对网络教学的应用及重视程度越来越高。通过系统梳理高校网络教学质量的影响因素,从利益相关者视角出发构建高校网络教学质量影响因素模型,提出研究假设并利用偏最小二乘法结构方程模型进行实证研究。研究结果表明,学生的成本效益评估和自主学习能力、教师的网络教学经验和教师行为,以及教学管理人员的教学督导对高校网络教学质量具有显著的正向影响,并根据研究结果对如何提升高校网络教学质量提出了意见和建议。
With the development of information technology,universities and colleges are using e-teaching increasingly and attaching more and more importance to it.In this paper,we first systematically sorted out the influencing factors of the online teaching quality at colleges and universities,then constructed a model of such factors from the perspective of stakeholders,put forward research hypotheses and carried out empirical research with partial least squares structural equation modeling.The results showed significant positive effects of students′cost-benefit analysis and independent learning ability,teachers′online teaching experience and teachers′behavior,and supervision by administrators on the quality of e-learning.Ultimately,this paper offered suggestions on how to improve e-teaching quality based on the research results.
