摘要
目的:测定黑龙江道地药材五味子和板蓝根各30批中的5种重金属元素及有害元素和钠、钙、镁、铬、镍、钡6种金属元素的含量。方法:用微波消解技术处理五味子与板蓝根药材各30批,然后用电感耦合等离子体质谱(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)法对铅、镉、砷、汞、铜5种重金属及有害元素和钠、钙、镁、铬、镍、钡6种金属元素进行含量测定。结果:30批五味子药材与30批板蓝根药材中5种重金属元素及有害元素含量均未超过《中国药典》2020版中限定值;30批五味子药材中钠、钙、镁、铬、镍、钡的含量为16.35~2345.09mg/kg、571.80~2564.65mg/kg、1158.18~3378.13 mg/kg、1.57~12.65mg/kg、1.33~10.52mg/kg、1.71~10.68mg/kg,30批板蓝根药材中钠、钙、镁、铬、镍、钡的含量为0.96~1856.30mg/kg、3198.02~9711.96mg/kg、1174.03~3018.86mg/kg、3.28~37.26mg/kg、0.81~14.80mg/kg、4.09~35.63 mg/kg。结论:30批五味子药材和30批板蓝根药材中均未检测出重金属铅、镉、汞、铜以及有害元素砷超限的情况,均能满足临床和生产需求;并含有丰富的钠、钙、镁元素及少量铬、镍、钡元素。
Objective:To determine the contents of five heavy metal elements and harmful elements and six metal elements of sodium,calcium,magnesium,chromium,nickel and barium in 30 batches of Heilongjiang authentic medicinal herbs.Methods:30 batches of Schisandra and Banlangen medicinal materials were treated by microwave digestion technology,and then the contents of five heavy metals and harmful elements of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper and six metal elements of sodium,calcium,magnesium,chromium,nickel and barium were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results:The content of five heavy metal elements and harmful elements in 30 batches of Schisandra medicinal materials and 30 batches of Banlangen medicinal materials did not exceed the limit values in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The content of sodium,calcium,magnesium,chromium,nickel and barium in 30 batches of Schisandra medicinal materials was 16.35~2345.09 mg/kg,571.80~2564.65mg/kg,1158.18~3378.13mg/kg,1.57~12.65mg/kg,1.33~10.52mg/kg,1.71~10.68mg/kg,and the content of sodium,calcium,magnesium,chromium,nickel and barium in 30 batches of Banlangen medicinal materials was 0.96~1856.30mg/kg、3198.02~9711.96mg/kg、1174.03~3018.86mg/kg、3.28~37.26mg/kg、0.81~14.80mg/kg、4.09~35.63 mg/kg.Conclusion:No heavy metals such as lead,cadmium,mercury,copper and harmful element arsenic exceeded the limit in 30 batches of Schisandra medicinal materials and 30 batches of Banlangen medicinal materials,which can meet clinical and production needs.It is rich in sodium,calcium,magnesium and a small amount of chromium,nickel and barium.
