摘要
为综合评价不同产地肉桂药材品质,对防城港、贵港、罗定、云浮、肇庆共24个肉桂样品的桂皮醛、挥发油、水分、灰分、二氧化硫残留量及浸出物进行测定,采用Origin Pro 2023软件进行主成分分析及聚类分析,评价药材品质及分类情况,并对储存4年后的原料指标成分进行比较。主成分分析提取了2个主成分,综合得分结果表明,24批样本中防城港和肇庆的评分相对较高。以Ward聚类方法结合Euclidean Distance距离计算进行聚类分析,判定距离为5时,样本被分为三大类,贵港、罗定与云浮样本(S_(14)~S_(21))聚为一类,广东肇庆样本与部分防城港样本聚为一类,其余防城港样本聚为一类,表明不同产地肉桂原料存在一定差异。桂皮醛和挥发油指标对比研究结果表明,24批肉桂样品在长期储存后虽然仍符合中国药典要求,但含量均有所下降,在工业生产过程中,需对肉桂的储存过程、储存周期加以关注。
In order to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Cinnamomum cassia from different origins,the cinnamaldehyde,volatile oil,moisture,ash,sulfur dioxide residue and extract of 24 samples of cinnamon from Fangchenggang,Guigang,Luoding,Yunfu and Zhaoqing were determined.PCA and cluster analysis were carried out by using Origin Pro 2023 software,the quality and classifcation of medicinal materials were evaluated,and the index components of raw materials stored for 4 years were compared.Two principal components were extracted by PCA,and the comprehensive score results showed that the scores of Fangchenggang and Zhaoqing were relatively higher in 24 batches of samples.Ward method combined with Euclidean distance calculation was used for cluster analysis.When the decision distance was 5,the samples were divided into three categories,Guigang,Luoding and Yunfu samples(S_(14)-S_(21))were grouped together,Guangdong Zhaoqing samples were clustered with some Fangchenggang samples,and other Fangchenggang samples were clustered into one group,which indicated that there were some differences in raw materials of Cinnamomum cassia from different producing areas.The results of comparative study on the indexes of cinnamaldehyde and volatile oil showed that although 24 batches of cinnamon samples still met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia after long-term storage,and the content of index components decreased,which should be paid attention to in the storage process and storage cycle of Cinnamomum cassia.
