摘要
疾病是人类共同的敌人,预防疾病是保护人类健康最重要的手段和措施。建立强大的疾病预防控制体系是保护人民健康,保障国家长治久安,实现健康中国目标的基础之策。文章从六个方面全面阐述了疾病预防控制是人类健康最经济有效的保护策略,包括疾病预防控制对人群健康的影响、对经济发展的影响、对社会稳定的影响、对国家安全的影响、对国家形象的影响和产生的国际影响。文章通过大量的实证进一步阐明了疾病预防控制已成为世界范围内重大的政治问题和全人类高度关注的重大公共卫生与社会问题,中国在疾病预防控制方面为世界各国提供的成功经验和有价值的方案,为构建“人类卫生健康共同体”做出了重大贡献。
Disease is recognized as the common enemy of human being,and disease prevention is the most important means and measure to protect human health.The establishment of a strong disease prevention and control system is a fundamental strategy to safeguard health,protect the country's long-term stability,and realize the goal of a healthy China.This paper describes disease prevention and control as the most cost-effective protection strategy for human health from six dimensions in a comprehensive way,including the impact of disease prevention and control on the health of the population,economic development,social stability,national security,the image of the nation,and the international influence.Through a large amount of empirical evidence,this paper further clarifies that disease prevention and control has become a major political issue worldwide and a major public health and social issue of great concern to all mankind.Moreover,this documents that China's successful experience and valuable solutions in disease prevention and control have made significant contributions to the construction of a community of human health for all countries or regions worldwide,which is critical to the building of a“human health community”.
