摘要
通过用高速剪切、搅拌工艺制备废硫渣(SP)改性AH-70沥青,研究了不同温度下改性沥青H2S气体释放量及不同SP含量下改性沥青常规指标与黏度的变化,并通过傅里叶红外光谱仪及扫描电镜对其改性机理进行分析。结果表明,改性沥青常规指标随着SP含量的增加,高温性能增强,低温性能减弱。对于改性沥青黏度,其值与SP含量成正比,与温度成反比;同时红外光谱分析发现SP与沥青之间发生化学反应,有新的C-S、C=O及C-S-C特征峰出现并对其反应机理进行了分析。另外,随着SP含量增加结晶硫(S)逐渐显现,进而对改性沥青性能产生影响。
By using the high⁃speed shearing and stirring process,the asphalt AH⁃70 modified by waste sulfur slag(SP)was prepared to study the emission volume of H2S from the modified asphalt and the changes in regular indexes and viscosity of the modified asphalt under different temperatures,and the modification mechanism was analyzed by the Fourier infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that for the regular indexes of the modified asphalt,with the increasing SP content,the high⁃temperature properties were improved while the low⁃temperature properties were reduced.The viscosity of the modified asphalt was proportional to the SP content,and inversely proportional to the temperature.The infrared spectrum analysis found that there was a chemical reaction between the SP and the asphalt,appearing with new characteristic peaks of C-S,C=O,and C-S-C,and the reaction mechanism was analyzed.In addition,with the increase of the SP content,crystallized sulfur(S)gradually appeared,which can further affect the performance of the modified asphalt.
