摘要
系统介绍了危废硫膏的物质组成及其性质,指出了硫膏具有腐蚀性、有毒性的特性,属于危废范畴。虽然硫膏资源化回收硫磺具有广泛的应用前景,但在工程应用过程中不可避免地面临设备堵塞、腐蚀、高能耗、高危险性、三废难处理等问题。系统总结了某新建硫膏资源化回收利用装置在设计过程中面临的难点以及装置运行现状。该装置采用了全国首套新工艺技术以及诸多创新技术,且试运行情况良好,在危废硫膏资源化回收利用领域具有较好的应用前景。
The paper systematically introduces the material composition and properties of hazardous waste sulfur paste,and points out that sulfur paste is corrosive and toxic,belonging to the category of hazardous waste.Although sulfur recovery from sulfur paste as a resource has a wide application prospect,it is inevitable to face problems such as equipment blockage,corrosion,high energy consumption,high risk and difficult treatment of three wastes in the process of engineering application.The paper systematically summarizes the difficulties faced in the process design and the operation status of a new sulfur paste recycling device.The device adopts the country’s first set of new process technology and many innovative technologies,and has a good trial operation.It has a good application prospect in the field of hazardous waste sulfur paste recycling.
