摘要
菟丝子是中医临床中常用的补益类中药,在《神农本草经》中被列为上品,具有滋补肝肾、固精缩尿、安胎等功效,现代研究表明其活性成分可发挥调节免疫、营养神经、抗氧化、抗衰老、防治骨质疏松、调控性激素及激素受体水平等作用,临床上常用于内分泌系统疾病的治疗。本文通过检索PubMed、Embase、中国知网、维普、万方中有关中药菟丝子防治内分泌系统疾病的临床和基础实验研究,对菟丝子中药单体及组方治疗多囊卵巢综合征、卵巢早衰、骨质疏松、2型糖尿病的作用靶点及信号通路作一综述,总结问题,展望前景,以期为之后的研究提供参考和思路。
Cuscuta sinensis is a tonic herb commonly used in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine and is listed as a superior product in Shennong's Herbal Classic.It has the efects of nourishing the liver and kidney,securing essence and reducing urine,and preventing miscarriages.Modern studies have shown that its active ingredients can play the roles of regulating immunity,nourishing nerves,delaying oxidation and aging,preventing and controlling osteoporosis,and regulating the levels of sex hormones and hormone receptors,which are commonly used in the treatment of endocrine system diseases in clinical practice.In this paper,we searched clinical and basic experimental research from PubMed,Embase,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang on the prevention and treatment of endocrine system diseases by traditional Chinese medicine Cuscuta sinensis.In addition,we reviewed the targets and signaling pathways of Cuscuta sinensis monomers and formulations in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,premature ovarian failure,osteoporosis,and type 2 diabetes,summarizing the problems and predicting the prospect,with a view to providing references and ideas for subsequent research.
