摘要
目的探讨固元补肾汤治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月在天津市和平区中医医院采用固元补肾汤治疗的25例肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征患者作为观察组,选取同期采用更年安片治疗的17例肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征患者作为对照组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医症候积分、雌激素、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平均较治疗前改善,且治疗后观察组上述指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论固元补肾汤治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征具有较好的效果,可进一步改善患者症状和激素水平,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of Guyuan Bushen decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.Methods A total of 25 patients with PMS of kidney deficiency and liver depression type who were treated with Guyuan Bushen decoction from January 2020 to December 2022 in Tianjin Heping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the observation group,and 17 patients with PMS of kidney deficiency and liver depression type who were treated with Gengnianan tablet during the same period were selected as the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,levels of estrogen,follicle stimulating hormone,and luteinizing hormone in both groups improved compared to before treatment,and the levels of the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).During the treatment period,neither group of patients experienced any serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Guyuan Bushen decoction has a good effect on treating PMS of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,which can further improve patient symptoms and hormone levels,and is worth promoting and using.
