摘要
信息技术的发展与普及使传统图书馆的发展出现阻滞,激发公共图书馆活力、拓展公共文化空间成为公共文化服务高质量发展的重要课题。政策引导、社会参与共同推动公共图书馆由供给端向需求端转变,贯彻以人为中心的发展理念。孤独图书馆摆脱了传统图书馆“物”的关怀向“人”的关怀转变,以“消费孤独”发展社群文化,以“营销孤独”营造孤独场景,以“治愈孤独”获得情感认同,打破“图书馆-社群-个人”之间的壁垒,形成良性互动。基于社群融合的新型图书馆运营模式,实现了以“满足用户需求”为核心的现代图书馆功能转型,为现代图书馆的功能拓展与运营创新提供参照。
The development and popularization of information technology hinder the growth of traditional libraries.Stimulating the vitality of public libraries and expanding public cultural space have become an important issue for the high-quality development of public cultural services.Policy support and social participation jointly promote the transformation of public libraries from the supply side to the demand side,and implement the people-centered development concept.The"Loneliest Library"gets rid of the traditional library's concern for"things"and changes to"people",develops community culture with the"consumption of loneliness",creates loneliness scenes with"marketing loneliness",obtains emotional recognition with"healing loneliness",and breaks the barriers among the library,community and individual,forming a benign interaction among these elements.The new library operation mode based on community integration realizes the transformation of modern library functions with"satisfying users'requirements"as the core,and provides a reference for the function expansion and operation innovation of modern libraries.
