摘要
建设的高质量需要居住的高质量来实现,怎样达到未来社区“三化九场景”的目标,实现以人民美好生活为中心,注重人的全面发展?未来社区建设这后半篇文章难度更大、任务更艰巨。笔者经过调查研究,认为社群营造是一个伴随社区成长的持续过程,工作涉及面广、内容丰富,其目的是促进社群融合。大力推动社群融合,才能更好地发挥未来社区的功能作用,为构建未来城市探索经验。本文主要分析了在未来社区建设中,空间塑造、活动策划、社团培育和文化打造等方面在社群营造中发挥的作用。
The high quality of construction needs to be matched by the high quality of living.How to achieve the goal of“three modernizations and nine scenarios”in the future community,to realize the better life of the people as the center and pay attention to the all-round development of people?The second half of the article about the future community construction is more difficult and the task is more arduous.Through investigation and research,the author believes that community building is a continuous process of community growth,involving a wide range of work,rich content,and its purpose is to promote community integration.Only by vigorously promoting community integration can we better give play to the functional role of future communities and explore experience for building future cities.This paper mainly analyzes the role of space shaping,activity planning,community cultivation and culture building in the future community construction.
