摘要
研究富含羟基酪醇橄榄油和玉米黄质色素橄榄油对高血脂小鼠血糖、血脂的影响。结果表明:富含羟基酪醇橄榄油和玉米黄质色素橄榄油均能有效降低高血脂小鼠的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、总胆红素、总胆汁酸浓度,升高高密度脂蛋白浓度,对丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-氨酰基转移酶和碱性磷酸酶活性具有很好的抑制作用,能够改善小鼠血糖、血脂代谢,控制小鼠体质量,对小鼠无急慢性毒性。且玉米黄质色素橄榄油效果优于富含羟基酪醇橄榄油。
The effects of olive oil rich in hydroxytyrosol and zeaxanthin pigment olive oil on blood glucose and lipid in hyperlipidemia mice were studied.The results showed that olive oil rich in hydroxytyrosol and zeaxanthin pigment olive oil could effectively reduce fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,to-tal cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,total bilirubin,and total bile acid concentrations in hyperlipidemia mice,increased the concentration of high-density lipoprotein,and to alanine aminotrans-ferase,aspartate aminotransferase,γ-aminoacyl transferase and alkaline phosphatase activities had a good inhibitory effect,which could improve blood glucose and lipid metabolism in mice,control their body mass,and had no acute or chronic toxicity to mice.And the effect of corn yellow pigment olive oil was better than that of hydroxytyrosol rich olive oil.
