摘要
通过研究浸泡时间、温度因素、料液比等因素,探讨水提美藤果叶中羟基酪醇的方法。60℃,水提2次,提取时间为2 h,所得清液用D-101树脂纯化,冷冻干燥。结果表明:美藤果叶提取物产率为2.5%~3.1%,美藤果叶中提取的羟基酪醇含量为25%~30%,原料有效成分的提取率为82%~85%。表明用水作提取液,提取工艺合理,生产成本低、安全,操作简单,提取物杂质少。
The method of extracting hydroxytyrosol from the leaves of Amphiacus officinalis by water was studied by soaking time,temperature,solid-liquid ratio and other factors.At 60℃,it was extracted twice with water for 2 h.The purified solution was purified with D-101 resin and freeze-dried.The results showed that the yield of the leaves is 2.5%~3.1%,the content of hydroxyl tyrosol is 25%~30%,and the extraction rate of the effective components is 82%~85%.The results showed that the extraction process with water is reasonable,the production cost is low,the operation issimple and the impurities of the extract are less.
