摘要
双循环新发展格局下发展数字经济是促进区域经济高质量发展的重要手段,科学预测区域数字经济发展水平是有效实施发展策略的基础。在综述已有研究成果基础上,从数字化、网络化和智能化维度建立数字经济发展评价指标体系,以河北省为例,运用熵权法计算河北省数字经济的综合发展水平,应用GM(1,1)模型预测未来五年发展趋势并提出有关发展策略建议。
The development of digital economy under the new development pattern of double cycle is an important means to promote the high-quality development of regional economy,and the scientific prediction of the development level of regional digital economy is the basis for the effective implementation of the development strategy.On the basis of reviewing the existing research results,a digital economy development evaluation index system is established from the dimensions of digitisation,networking and intelligence.Taking Hebei Province as an example,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the comprehensive development level of digital economy in Hebei Province,and the GM(1,1)model is applied to predict the development trend in the next five years and put forward relevant development strategy suggestions.
