摘要
针对山西煤炭运销集团首阳煤业围岩地质结构复杂、巷道围岩破碎,存在围岩难控制的问题。基于该矿巷道工程概况,对巷道破碎围岩进行了地质力学测试,测试结果表明:该区域受构造影响较大,应力场复杂,属于中等偏高应力值区,巷道顶板岩层相对较坚硬,但巷道两帮煤体硬度差,易出现破碎。基于此设计了巷道支护方案,并利用数值模拟分析法分析了各支护方案下的巷道围岩应力及位移情况,得出支护方案2控制围岩变形效果更好,应用该支护方案后该巷道最大顶板下沉量为23 mm,巷道两帮最大移近量为54 mm,有效控制了巷道变形,取得了较好的应用效果。
In response to the complex geological structure of the surrounding rock in Shanxi Coal Transportation and Marketing Group Shouyang Coal Industry,the surrounding rock of the tunnel is broken and difficult to control.Based on the engineering overview of the tunnel in the mine,geological mechanical tests were conducted on the broken surrounding rock of the tunnel.The test results showed that the area is greatly affected by the structure and the stress field is complex,belonging to a medium to high stress value area.The roof rock of the tunnel is relatively hard,but the hardness of the coal bodies on both sides of the tunnel is poor,and fragmentation is prone to occur.Based on this,a tunnel support plan was designed and numerical simulation analysis was used to analyze the stress and displacement of the surrounding rock of each support plan.It was found that support plan 2 had a better effect on controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock.After applying this support plan,the maxim um roof subsidence of the tunnel was 23 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides of the tunnel was 54 mm.This effectively controlled the deformation of the tunnel and achieved good application results.
