摘要
针对掘进工作面过地质构造带时,易出现顶板破碎,巷道难支护,存在安全隐患大,严重威胁矿井人员及设备人身安全的问题,本文以山西某矿12000掘进工作面过地质构造带工程概况为例,分析了其现存的主要问题,结合顶板二次支护理论与高预应力支护理论,设计了顶板的支护方案,通过对支护材料的优化选取配对,使支护设备的预应力更大,通过进一步优化永久支护与临时支护,使得巷道围岩的形变位移量更小,应力释放速度更缓慢,改善了巷道支护效果,为掘进作业提供了更安全的生产条件。
Objective:In order to reduce the energy consumption of the pumping unit,improve the efficiency of the pumping unit,and reduce the production cost of oil production,the methods are as follows:From the application level of flexible operation technology,the application effect of flexible operation technology in pumping units is discussed.Firstly,the definition of flexible operation technology is briefly introduced and its charac-teristics are analyzed.Then,the content of relevant flexible operation technology is analyzed from the perspective of reducing the consumption of ma-chine sampling unit.The application effect of flexible operation technology is evaluated and analyzed.Results:The final result shows that the appli-cation of flexible operation technology significantly improves the effective power of the pumping unit motor device and reduces the power loss of the pumping unit motor device.Conclusion:In the pumping unit,the application of flexible operation technology should be vigorously promoted,so as to reduce the requirements on current and power of motor start-up.Under high load,it can also provide large torque,effectively reduce the energy con-sumption of the pumping unit,and promote the stable and smooth development of oil production.
