摘要
本文以成人教育为研究对象,站在优化管理、深化改革的角度,选取行政管理的独特视角,围绕成人教育行政管理效率的提升展开研究。在对现阶段我国成人教育行政管理实施情况进行深入调查的基础上,对成人教育行政管理效率影响因素,包括思想认知、组织构成、技术装备等进行了全面分析。深入剖析了现阶段成人教育行政管理中遇到的问题与不足,并有针对性地提出了成人教育行政管理效率提升的几点意见与建议。
Taking adult education as the research object,this paper selects the unique perspective of adminis-trative management from the perspective of optimizing management and deepening reform,and conducts re-search on the improvement of administrative management efficiency of adult education.On the basis of in-depth investigation of the implementation of adult education administration in China at this stage,a comprehensive anal-ysis was made on the factors influencing the efficiency of adult education administration,including ideological cognition,organizational composition,technical equipment,etc.This paper analyzes the problems and deficien-cies encountered in the administrative management of adult education at this stage.On the basis of the above re-search,several opinions and suggestions on improving the efficiency of adult education administration are put for-ward.
