摘要
论述了钢铁工业与技术创新的关系,提出了我国新一代钢铁制造流程的优化问题,指明了钢铁工业技术创新的方向和目标,并强调要用新型工业化道路的思维应对21世纪我国钢铁工业的挑战。
In this paper, the relationship between the development of steel industry and technological innovation is discussed. The establishment of an optimized process flow for new generation iron and steel production as well as the tendency and the targets of technological innovation are put forward. The author emphasizes: the concept of new pattern of industrialization is the basic principle in dealing the challenges faced in the 21 st century
