摘要
以虚拟调试技术为手段完实现了桁架搬运机械手机械和电气部分的数字化并行设计。首先对产品功能进行分析,然后利用西门子NX软件的机电一体化化概念设计模块(Mechatronics Concept Designer,MCD)完成了桁架机械手的机械设计、运动仿真环境的搭建,利用西门子博途TIA软件完成了运动控制PLC程序的编制以及人机交互界面的设计,然后通过NX MCD与TIA软件的联合仿真实现了桁架机械手的虚拟调试,最后根据合适的零部件选型完成了设备的详细设计,从而实现了在数字化环境中桁架机械手的整体设计,为后续的样机试制提供了依据。该方法通过虚拟调试的手段,将机械结构设计与电气程序设计在数字化环境下完成同步开发和设备验证,相较传统的设备开发模式缩短了产品的开发周期,为机械装备开发企业提供了借鉴。
A digital parallel design of mechanical and electrical parts of the truss handling manipulator is completed by means of virtual debugging technology.Firstly,the function of the product is analyzed,and then the mechanical design and motion simulation environment of the truss manipulator are built by using the Mechatronics Concept Designer(MCD)of Siemens NX software,then the PLC program of motion control and the design of human-computer interaction interface is completed by Siemens TIA software.Then,the virtual debugging of the truss manipulator is realized through the co-simulation of NX MCD and TIA software.Finally,the detailed design of the equipment is completed according to the selection of appropriate parts,so as to realize the overall design of the truss manipulator in the digital environment,which provided the basis for trial production.This method completes the verification of the mechanical structure and electrical program in a digital environment by means of virtual debugging,shortens the product development cycle compared with the traditional equipment development mode,and provides a reference for mechanical equipment development enterprises.
