某油田注水管道环焊缝腐蚀穿孔失效分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对某油田注水管道腐蚀穿孔问题,采用宏观形貌分析、理化性能检测、腐蚀产物微观形貌及电化学分析等方法,试验分析了管道环焊缝腐蚀失效原因。失效管道环焊缝为内腐蚀穿孔,穿孔起始于根焊部位,并沿着焊缝与热影响区交界区域扩展,表面腐蚀产物主要为FeO(OH)。恒电位极化测试结果表明,根焊部位、焊缝以及热影响区交界区域优先溶解,在服役过程中根焊部位发生腐蚀后,沿着根焊与热影响区界面扩展,导致腐蚀穿孔。建议针对环焊缝管道进行补口处理,同时选择适用的抗氧缓蚀剂。 The failure cause of the water injection pipeline in an oil field was analyzed by means of macroscopic morphology analysis,physical and chemical properties analysis,microscopic morphology of corrosion products and electrochemical analysis.The perforation started at the root weld and expanded along the junction of the weld and the heat-affected zone.The surface corrosion product was mainly FeO(OH).The constant potential polarization test results show that the root weld,welding and heat-affected zone junction area is preferentially dissolved.The interface between welding and heat-affected zone expands,resulting in corrosion perforation.It is recommended to focus on the treatment of the girth welded pipes and choose the appropriate deoxidizing or corrosion inhibitors at the same time.
