摘要
盾构隧道下穿输水干渠设计参数(最优夹角、最小埋深)对隧道路线选择、干渠扰动影响评价至关重要,现行规范尚无明确规定。随着盾构施工技术成熟,有必要深入研究盾构隧道下穿输水干渠的最优夹角与最小埋深参数。依托郑州地铁10号线下穿南水北调干渠工程,基于Buckingham-π定律推导的相似参数,开展盾构隧道下穿输水干渠设计参数优化室内相似模型试验。研究结果表明:①隧道轴线与渠坡底部相交的局部区域地层沉降量大于周围地层沉降量;②当采用朗肯土压力计算值作为盾构仓压值,盾构隧道埋深不宜小于隧道直径的1.5倍夹角不得小于30°;③考虑盾构隧道施工对渠表的影响,应优先考虑隧道埋深的扰动影响,其次考虑隧道夹角设计参数的扰动影响。试验结果将为盾构隧道下穿输水干渠设计参数提供了重要参考依据。
The design parameters(optimal angle and minimum depth of burial)of the shield tunnel under the water transmission canal are very important for the tunnel route selection and the evaluation of the impact of the canal disturbance,which are not yet clearly defined in the current specifications.With the maturity of shield construction technology,it is necessary to study in depth the optimal angle and minimum burial depth parameters of shield tunnel under the main water transmission channel.Based on the similar parameters derived from Buckingham-πlaw,indoor similar model tests were carried out to optimize the design parameters of the shield tunnel under the main water transfer canal by relying on the Zhengzhou Metro Line 10 underpassing the South-North Water Diversion Canal project.The research results show these as follows.The local area of ground settlement where the tunnel axis intersects the bottom of the drainage slope is greater than the settlement of the surrounding strata.When the calculated value of Rankine earth pressure is used as the shield bin pressure value,the shield tunnel burial depth should not be less than 1.5 times the diameter of the tunnel and the pinch angle should not be less than 30°.Considering the impact of the shield tunnel construction on the drainage surface,the disturbing influence of the tunnel burial depth should be given priority,followed by the tunnel pinch angle the disturbing influence of design parameters.The test results will provide an important reference basis for the design parameters of the shield tunnel under the main water transmission channel.
