我国高校激励治理中的制度结构与测量量表研究 被引量:1

摘要 激励制度是高校治理的关键抓手。解析高校激励制度的内容结构,测量高校激励制度的治理效能,是优化高校激励治理体系、改善教师工作投入状态、实现学校事业快速发展的应有之意。高校激励制度是一个由物质激励、精神激励、参与激励和发展激励四个内容维度构成的制度体系,以此为基础编制的《高校激励制度测量量表》具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为相关高校激励制度测量研究的参考工具。 Incentive system is the effective and key means for university governance.In order to optimize the incentive governance system in universities,improve the teachers’working involvement,and realize the rapid development of the school,it is necessary to analyze the content structure of the incentive system and measure the governance efficiency of the incentive system in universities.The university incentive system is an institutional system composed of four content dimensions:material incentive,spiritual incentive,participation incentive and development incentive.The Measurement Scale of University Incentive System,which is compiled on this basis,has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a reference tool for the research on the measurement of incentive system in relevant universities.
