摘要
目的探究血液检验在鉴别缺铁性贫血及地中海贫血中的价值。方法回顾性纳入2017年1月至2022年12月本院进行治疗贫血患儿,选择100例经过上级医院确诊为地中海贫血患儿,另选年龄、性别、BMI匹配的100例缺铁性贫血患儿。对比治疗前后血液检验指标红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)水平差异。结果治疗前,地中海贫血患儿MCV、MCHC、MCH、RBC、HGB水平均高于缺铁性贫血患儿,RDW水平低于于缺铁性贫血患儿(均P<0.001)。治疗后,MCV、MCHC、MCH、RBC、HGB、RDW水平较治疗前均得到改善(均P<0.001)。结论临床在对缺铁性贫血以及地中海性贫血患儿进行筛查中,及时开展血常规检验可以达到鉴别筛查的目的,且检查方式较为简单。
Objective To investigate the value of blood test in identifying iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia.Methods Retrospective inclusion of children with anemia undergoing treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2022,100 children diagnosed with thalassemia through higher hospitals were selected,and another 100 children with iron deficiency anemia matched by age,gender,and BMI were selected.Differences in the levels of blood test indices mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB),and red cell volume distribution width(RDW)before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,MCV,MCHC,MCH,RBC,and HGB levels were higher and RDW levels were lower in children with thalassemia than in children with iron deficiency anemia(all P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of MCV,MCHC,MCH,RBC,HGB,and RDW were improved compared with those before treatment(all P<0.001).Conclusions In the clinical screening of children with iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia,the timely implementation of routine blood tests can achieve the purpose of differential screening,and the examination method is relatively simple.
