摘要
在新农村建设背景下,如何治理好农村环境持续恶化的问题是关系新农村建设的重大问题。该文对新农村建设中环境治理存在的现状及解决方法等方面进行探讨。如今,农村的环境污染日益严重,法律法规不健全、政府监管不力、环保意识不足和整治模式不当等极大阻碍新农村的发展。在这种情况下,必须加强对新农村的环境管理,如健全相关法律法规体系,科学进行新农村建设规划,提高公众及其他部门环境保护意识,完善新农村环境监督管理体制等,努力建设资源节约型和环境友好型的社会主义新农村,为新农村环境建设保驾护航。
In the context of the new rural construction,how to deal with the continuous deterioration of the rural environment is a major issue related to the new rural construction.This paper discusses the present situation and solutions of environmental governance in the construction of new countryside.Nowadays,the increasingly serious environmental pollution in rural areas,imperfect laws and regulations,weak government supervision,lack of awareness of environmental protection,improper renovation model and so on have greatly hindered the development of the new countryside.In this case,we must strengthen the environmental management of the new countryside,such as perfecting the system of relevant laws and regulations,scientifically planning the construction of the new countryside,raising the environmental protection awareness of the public and other departments,improving the environmental supervision and management system of the new countryside,etc.,and strive to build a new socialist countryside that is resource-saving and environment-friendly,so as to protect the environmental construction of the new countryside.
