考虑分布式电源支撑与农业设施协调的配电网分布鲁棒优化 被引量:7

Distributionally Robust Optimization of Distribution Network Considering Distributed Generator Support and Agricultural Facility Coordination

摘要 传统农业集中式用电会给农村配电网带来线路过载、电压越限等安全性问题。随着大规模分布式电源接入农村配电网,农业设施用电规律与光伏出力的不平衡现象也会加剧配电网的弃光和失负荷。在此背景下,提出考虑分布式电源支撑与农业设施协调的配电网分布鲁棒优化模型。配电网考虑到自身的安全(电压偏移)、经济(弃光量、失负荷量、网络损耗)目标,根据弃光率制定有效的电价补偿策略,与拥有大量灵活性农业设施资源的农业园区进行互动,引导农业园区改变自身灌溉、生产用电策略,进一步优化线路负荷。此外,考虑到实际光照强度的波动会导致光伏出力、农户满意度系数存在不确定性,分别使用基于多离散场景的分布鲁棒方法和随机优化方法,将二者的不确定性融入优化模型中并进行迭代求解。最后,在修改后的75节点系统上进行算例验证,表明所提模型在优化多种农业负荷的同时,能够有效提升配电网的经济性和安全性。 The traditional centralized agricultural power consumption will cause security problems such as line overload and voltage overlimit in rural distribution network.With the integration of large-scale distributed generators into the rural distribution network,the imbalance between the electricity consumption law of agricultural facilities and photovoltaic output will also aggravate the light abandonment and load shedding of distribution networks.In this context,a distributionally robust optimization model of distribution network considering the coordination of distributed generator support and agricultural facilities is proposed.Considering its own security(voltage offset)and economic(light abandonment,load shedding,network loss)goals,the distribution network develops the effective price compensation strategies according to the light abandonment rate,interacts with agricultural parks with a lot of flexible agricultural facility resources,guides agricultural parks to change their own irrigation and production electricity consumption strategies,and further optimizes line load.In addition,considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic output and satisfaction coefficient of farmers caused by the fluctuation of actual solar radiation intensity,the distributionally robust method based on multiple discrete scenarios and the random optimization method are used to incorporate the two uncertainties into the optimization model,respectively,and the iterative solution is carried out.Finally,a case verification is conducted on the modified 75-node system,which shows that the proposed model can effectively improve the economy and security of the distribution network while optimizing various agricultural loads.
