摘要
水土保持监测是防治水土流失的一项基础性工作,通过建立水土保持监测网点,可以实时掌握项目区原生水土流失情况,及时了解项目建设及运行中造成的水土流失的类型、数量、大小及其危害,水土保持措施的防护效果,以便正确评价所做水保方案的科学性、合理性和可行性,为有效进行水土流失预防提供科学依据。通过监测工作的开展,对于全面贯彻水土保持法律、法规,搞好水土保持监督管理工作具有十分重要的意义。
Water and soil conservation monitoring is a basic work to prevent and control soil erosion.Through the establishment of soil conservation monitoring network,the original soil erosion in the project area in real time can be monitored.tThis allows for timely understanding of the types,quantities,sizes,and hazards of soil erosion caused by project construction and operation,as well as the protective effect of soil and water conservation measures.This information is essential for accurately evaluating the scientific,rational,and feasible nature of the implemented soil and water conservation plan,and provides a scientific basis for effective soil erosion prevention.The development of monitoring work is of great significance to the comprehensive implementation of laws and regulations on water and soil conservation,as well as for the supervision and management of soil and water conservation.
