摘要
随着市级以上城市黑臭水体治理已初见成效,其主战场已逐步向县域转移。县域黑臭水体由于污染成因复杂、历史遗留问题多、污水及垃圾处理收集长效管理机制缺乏、治理资金不足等特点,其治理难度较大且缺少典型案例。基于县域黑臭水体治理现状及难点,提出源头减量、过程控制、末端强化多措施的统筹治理技术体系,并以某县域黑臭河道治理为例,采用此技术体系成功消除了县域河道黑臭水体,可为后续县域黑臭水体治理提供参考。
With the success of the black-odorous water body treatment work in cities with municipal-level and above,the main battlefield has gradually shifted to the county-level cities.Due to the specific characteristics of the county-level black-odorous water bodies such as the complex causes of pollution,various historical problems,lack of long-term management mechanisms for sewage and garbage treatment and collection,and insufficient treatment fund,the treatment work is of great difficulties and few successful cases.Considering the current situation and difficulties of the black-odorous water body treatment work in county areas,an integrated treatment technology system is proposed,which includes the measures for source reduction,process control,and end strengthening.Also,the successful application of this technology system in the treatment of a county-level black-odorous river channel is introduced.The experience provides useful reference for subsequent black-odorous water body treatment work in county-level cities.
