两级A/O型砾间接触氧化工艺处理高污染黑臭河水的运行效能及菌群结构 被引量:1

Operation Efficiency and Microbial Community Structure of Two-stage A/O Gravel Contact Oxidation Process for Treatment of Highly Polluted Black-smelly River Water

摘要 针对传统砾间接触氧化系统启动慢、去除效果不佳等问题,构建处理高污染黑臭河水的两级A/O型砾间接触氧化反应器,通过多参数调控研究反应器的快速启动、性能优化及菌群结构。结果表明:采用接种挂膜方式,在COD_(Cr)、NH_(4)^(+)-N平均浓度为140 mg/L和20 mg/L条件下运行21 d后实现反应器快速启动。随后,通过缩短HRT、增加内回流、多点进水进行调控。内回流强化了缺氧区1(A1)反硝化作用,使得调控过程中COD_(Cr)去除主要贡献区由好氧区1(01)变为A1区,而运行过程中NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN去除主要贡献区均为O1区和缺氧区2(A2),最终稳定运行时反应器对COD_(Cr)、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN平均去除率分别达到70%、90%和40%。反应器性能提升过程中A2区优势反硝化菌属由Malikia(6.07%)变为Azospira(1.91%),O1区中优势硝化菌属由Pseudomonas(38.29%)变为Nitrosomonas(14.62%)。 A two-stage A/O type gravel contact oxidation reactor was constructed for highly polluted black-odor river treatment,aiming at the problems of slow start-up of traditional gravel contact oxidation system and poor removal effect.The rapid start-up,performance optimization and flora structure of the reactor were studied by multi-parameter control.The results showed that the reactor was started rapidly after running for 21 days under the average concentrations of COD_(Cr)and NH_(4)^(+)-N were 140 mg/L and 20 mg/L,by adopting the method of inoculation and film-hanging.Subsequently,the reactor was regulated by shortening HRT,increasing internal reflux and multi-point influent.Internal reflux enhanced denitrification in the anoxic biological zone 1(A1),so that the main contribution zone for COD_(Cr)removal in the regulation process was changed from aerobic biological zone 1(01)to A1,while the main contribution areas of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN removal in operation were both O1 and anoxic zone 2(A2),respectively.In the final stable operation,the average removal rate of COD_(Cr),NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN reached 70%,90%and 40%,respectively.The dominant denitrifying bacteria in A2 zone changed from Malikia(6.07%)to Azospira(1.91%)during the performance improvement process of the reactor.And the dominant nitrifying bacteria in O1 zone changed from Pseudomonas(38.29%)to Nitrosomonas(14.62%).
