摘要
含氯挥发性有机物(Chlorinated Volatile Organic Compounds,CVOCs)的安全低碳处理是当前石化、医化等化工行业大气污染控制的难题。生物法是一种绿色、环保、低碳的有机污染物处理技术,但利用生物技术处理生产过程中排放的混合CVOCs的报道较少。本研究以某精细化工企业CVOCs成分为基础,针对主要组分氯苯(Chlorobenzene,CB)、二氯甲烷(Dichloromethane,DCM)和二氯乙烷(Dichloroethane,DCE),以Roseburia sp.HY-9、Methylobacterium rhodesianum H13和Starkeya sp.T2分别作为上述污染物的特异性降解菌,等比例构建液态复合菌剂,比较单菌单底物、单菌多底物和多菌多底物条件下三种CVOCs的降解情况。结果发现通过三株菌种之间的相互协作,复合菌剂对CB、DCM和DCE的最大降解速率分别达到了11.10、1.98和3.13 mg/(L·h),明显高于单一菌株的生物降解速度,显示了复合菌剂降解混合含氯有机污染物的应用潜能。本研究可以为复合菌剂在实际工业中的应用提供建议和参考。
The safe and low-carbon treatment of chlorinated volatile organic compounds(CVOCs)is a current challenge for air pollution control in petrochemical,medical and chemical industries.The biological method is a green,environmentally friendly and low-carbon treatment technology for organic pollutants.However,there are few reports on the use of biological technology to treat mixed CVOCs emitted during the production process.In this study,based on the composition of CVOCs in a fine chemical enterprise,the biological treatment of CVOCs was conducted using Roseburia sp.HY-9,Methylobacterium rhodesianum H13,and Starkeya sp.T2 as the specific degrading bacteria for chlorobenzene(CB),dichloromethane(DCM)and dichloroethane(DCE)degradation.The liquid composite microbial agents were prepared in equal proportions to compare the degradation of the three CVOCs under the conditions of single bacteria with single substrate,single bacteria with multiple substrates,and multiple bacteria with multiple substrates.The results showed that the maximum degradation rates of CB,DCM and DCE by the composite bacterial agents reached 11.10 mg/(L•h),1.98 mg/(L•h)and 3.13 mg/(L•h),respectively,through the mutual collaboration among the three strains.These rates were significantly higher than the biodegradation rate of single strains.Therefore,this study provides suggestions and references for the application of composite bacterial agents in practical industries.
