摘要
为探讨均四甲苯的微生物处理方法,研究了本实验室筛选的蛋白酶生产菌J6对均四甲苯的降解特性。将J6接入装有50mL发酵液的250mL摇瓶中,发酵液中均四甲苯含量为50g.L-1。将摇瓶置于30℃,180r.min-1的摇床中培养,分析均四甲苯对微生物生长进程的影响,以及微生物生长过程中均四甲苯的含量变化。结果表明:该菌在含有均四甲苯的培养基中能稳定生长,且比不含均四甲苯的培养基具有更长时间的稳定生长期(在实验室条件下长达200h);对发酵液的分析表明,该菌在发酵11h后,发酵液中均四甲苯的含量迅速降至0.746g.L-1,24h内降解率达91.6%。可见,J6菌能有效降解均四甲苯,有望将该菌用于含均四甲苯废水的处理中。
The durene degradation charcteristics of a protease-producing strain J6 isolated by our lab were researched in order to find a method to dispose durene.J6 was inoculated into 50mL of sterile nutrient broth including 50g·L-1 durene in 250mL Erlenmeyer flasks.The inoculated flasks were incubated at 30℃ on a rotary shaker(180r·min-1).The influence of durene on growth course and the content changes of durene in the nutrient broth was researched.The results showed that J6 could grow in the medium containing durene and experienced a longer stationary phase of growth(up to 200h) than it did without durene.The analysis of durene in different time showed the durene in the nutrient broth reduced to 0.746g·L-1 in 11h.The degradation rate reached to 91.6% in 24h.J6 can decompose durene and can be used in the disposition of organic waste water containing durene.
