摘要
目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后护理中应用循证护理的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年11月江门市新会区人民医院行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者62例作为研究对象,根据信封法分成对照组和研究组,各31例。对照组实施术后常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用循证护理。比较两组恢复时间、应激反应、护理质量、遵医行为、并发症发生率。结果:研究组排气、进食、下床及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,研究组去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素及皮质醇水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);研究组病情观察、服务态度、健康教育、生活指导、操作技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组饮食、情绪调节、导管维护及康复锻炼评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0230)。结论:在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后护理中实施循证护理,可以有效缩短患者恢复时间,减少应激反应,提升护理质量,优化遵医行为,并且可以降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To study the effect of applying evidence-based nursing care after transurethral plasma resection of the prostate.Methods:Sixty-two patients who underwent transurethral plasma resection of the prostate in Jiangmen Xinhui District People's Hospital from May 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the envelope method,with thirty-one cases in each group.The control group implemented postoperative routine nursing care,and the study group adopted evidence-based nursing care on the basis of the control group.Recovery time,stress response,quality of care,compliance behavior,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group had shorter time for exhaustion,feeding,getting out of bed and hospitalization than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Postoperatively,norepinephrine,epinephrine and cortisol levels were lower in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.0001);Condition observation,service attitude,health education,life guidance and operation skill scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Diet,emotional regulation,catheter maintenance and rehabilitation exercise scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0230).Conclusion:The implementation of evidence-based nursing in transurethral plasma resection of the prostate can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients,reduce the stress reaction,improve the quality of care,optimize the behavior of medical compliance,and can reduce the incidence of complications.
