近距离下部煤层淋水巷道围岩稳定性分析与支护技术

摘要 近距离煤层开采时,先开采的煤层必然会造成顶底板覆岩结构的变化以及采动应力的重新分布,对后续开采的煤层造成的影响有待进一步深入研究。为提高煤炭资源采出率,对乌兰木伦煤矿近距离煤层22号煤层淋水巷道进行底板破坏深度及围岩劣化特征分析,设计了顶板淋水巷道支护方式,采用高强度锚网索联合支护,并进行现场矿压观测分析。研究结果表明:在淋水巷道顶煤内,不同角度裂隙贯穿煤层,主要由于顶煤在支撑力的作用下发生破碎,而淋水的存在又软化顶煤,加剧了煤层内的裂隙发育贯通;掘进过程中塑性区变化比较稳定,说明采场支承压力向煤体深部传递的过程中没有突变性。巷道顶板整体下沉量不大,巷道的支护强度能够很好地适应采场矿山压力显现。 During the short-distance coal seam mining,the first mined coal seam will inevitably cause the change of overburden structure and the redistribution of mining stress in roof and floor,and the influence on the subsequent coal seam mining needs to be further studied.In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources,the failure depth of floor and deterioration characteristics of surrounding rock of leaching roadway at No.22 coal seam in Wulanmulun Coal Mine were analyzed,and the support mode of roof-leaching roadway was designed.High-strength anchor mesh cable combined support method was adopted and on-site mine pressure observation and analysis were conducted.The results showed that cracks at different angles ran through the coal seam in the top coal of leaching roadway,mainly caused by the top coal broken under the action of supporting force,and the leaching-water softened the top coal and intensified the development and connection of cracks in the coal seam.The change of plastic zone was relatively stable in the driving process,indicating that there was no mutation during the transfer of abutment pressure to the deep coal body.The overall subsidence of roadway roof was not large and the support strength of roadway could well adapt to the strata behaviors of working face.
