摘要
5103运输巷在掘进过F1断层影响区时,巷道顶煤出现冒落,给巷道后续掘进及使用带来较大安全威胁。巷道冒落区内顶板控制难度高,原有的锚网索支护方式难以实现围岩有效控制,在对巷道顶板冒落原因及冒落区围岩特征分析基础上,提出采用“注浆加固+人工架棚”方式对冒落区进行治理,并通过超前管棚对巷道顶板进行加固。现场应用后,冒落区围岩得以有效控制,同时冒落区范围内瓦斯浓度未有异常;超前管棚对断层影响区顶板进行加固后,巷道掘进期间顶板始终保持稳定,未有冒落征兆。研究成果为矿井其他巷道过断层影响区顶板控制提供经验借鉴。
When the 5103 haulage roadway is driven through the area affected by F1 fault,the roof coal of the roadway falls,which poses a great safety threat to the subsequent driving and use of the roadway.It is difficult to control the roof in the caving area of the roadway,and the original anchor mesh and cable support method is difficult to achieve effective control of the surrounding rock.On the basis of the analysis of the reasons for the roof caving of the roadway and the characteristics of the surrounding rock in the caving area,the method of"grouting reinforcement+artificial shed"is proposed to control the caving area,and the roadway roof is reinforced by the advance pipe shed.After field application,the surrounding rock in the caving area can be effectively controlled,and the gas concentration in the caving area is not abnormal.After the roof of the fault-affected area is reinforced by the advance pipe shed,the roof remains stable during the tunnel excavation without any sign of falling.The research results provide experience for roof control of other roadway passing through the fault affected area in the mine.
