摘要
河南具有丰富的红色档案资源。数字时代,随着信息化的普及和国家对红色档案的逐步重视,河南红色档案的开发利用成为当前一个重要的课题。基于红色档案的特点和价值,分析了数字时代河南红色档案开发利用的现状以及存在的问题,从顶层设计要求和社会教育需要的角度,阐释了数字技术助力河南红色档案资源开发利用的必要性。在此基础上,从完善机制做好规划、强化共建共享建设数据库、注重新理念新技术运用探索新渠道新方法、强化新媒体意识构建立体式宣传系统等四个方面,探索河南红色档案开发利用的路径和对策,以期用好用活河南红色档案资源,促进红色教育的发展和红色基因的传承。
Henan has abundant red archive resources.In this digital age,the development and utilization of red archives in Henan has become an important topic presently with the popularization of information technology and the gradual attention of the state to red archives,.According to the characteristics and values of red archives,this paper analyses the current situation and problems of the development and utilization of these red resources in the digital era,and explains the necessity of digital technology to assist in the development and utilization of red archives in Henan based on top-level design and the demand for social education.On this basis,this paper explores the possible path and strategies for making a good use of red archives from improving systems and plans,strengthening co-construction and sharing databases,focusing on the application of new idea and technology to explore new channels and methods,and enhancing the awareness of new media to build a three-dimensional publicity system,so as to facilitate the development of red education and inheritance of red genes.
