摘要
目的探讨健康教育在妇女保健工作中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月在济南市槐荫区吴家堡街道办事处社区服务中心进行健康体检的120例女性,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予基础健康保健,观察组在对照组的基础上增加健康教育,比较两组妇科保健知识掌握情况及妇科疾病发生情况。结果观察组妇科疾病总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妇科保健知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在妇女保健工作中的应用效果较好,能够提高对妇科疾病的认知,降低妇科疾病发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education in women’s health work.Methods A total of 120 women who underwent physical examination in Huaiyin District Wujiapu Street Office Community Service Center in Jinan City from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given basic health care,and the observation group was given health education on the basis of the control group.The mastery of gynecological health knowledge and the occurrence of gynecological diseases were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of gynecological diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of gynecological health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of health education in women’s health work is good,which can improve the cognition of gynecological diseases and reduce the incidence of gynecological diseases.
