摘要
目的分析基于循证理论的集束化护理结合知信行干预对髋关节置换术后患者压力性损伤的预防价值。方法选择2022年1月—10月于南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院行髋关节置换术的患者90例为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组45例。对照组采用术后常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用基于循证理论的集束化护理结合知信行干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的知识、信念、行为评分均较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的压力性损伤发生率为8.89%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的功能独立性评定量表、Harris髋关节功能评分量表、Holden步行功能分级量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于循证理论的集束化护理结合知信行干预应用于髋关节置换术后护理中,可提高患者的知信行水平,有效预防压力性损伤,促进其术后髋关节功能恢复,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the preventive value of the cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with knowledge,belief and practice intervention on stress injury in patients after hip replacement.Methods 90 patients who underwent hip replacement in Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing after surgery,and the observation group received cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with knowledge,belief and practice intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of stress injury in the observation group was 8.89%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Functional Independence Measure scale,Harris Hip Scale and Holden Functional Ambulation Category scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with knowledge,belief and practice intervention in post-hip replacement nursing can improve the knowledge and action level of patients,effectively prevent stress injury,and promote the recovery of hip function after surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
