摘要
开展劳动教育是时代要求,要把劳动教育融入高校人才培养全环节,健全劳动教育体系,优化课程设置,强化劳动实践。将劳动教育与校园文化建设、公共生活环境和公益志愿服务等相结合,丰富劳动教育开展的模式;将劳动教育与专业生产实习与创新创业相结合,实现劳动技能与专业素质相互促进。新时代全面加强大学生劳动教育,探索劳动教育的综合育人功能,培养具备正确的劳动观念、复合的劳动能力、昂扬的劳动精神、优良的劳动习惯与品质的德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。
It is the requirement of the times to carry out labor education.We should integrate labor education into the whole process of talent training,improve the labor education system,optimize the curriculum,and strengthen labor practice.We will combine labor education with the construction of campus culture,public living environment and public voluntary services to enrich the new mode of labor education;Combine labor education with professional production practice and innovation and entrepreneurship to realize mutual promotion of labor skills and professional quality.In the new era,we will comprehensively promote the normalized development of labor education for college students,give full play to the educating value of labor,explore the comprehensive educating function of labor education,and cultivate correct labor concepts,complex labor capabilities,positive labor spirit,and good labor habits,cultivate new talents of the times with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.
