摘要
历史文化街区的保护与更新是当前社会的热点话题,福州市三个历史文化街区(三坊七巷、福州上下杭、福州烟台山)的更新改造都取得了不同程度的成效。文章研究了三个街区在保护和更新方面的功效与特点,分析古建修缮中的多元影响,发现在保护与更新之间存在的问题并提出一些建议。
The preservation and renewal of historical and cultural blocks is a hot topic in the current society.The renovation and transformation of three historical and cultural blocks in Fuzhou(Three Lanes and Seven Alleys,Fuzhou Shangxiahang,and Fuzhou Yantai Mountain)have achieved varying degrees of success.This paper studies the functions and characteristics of the three blocks in the aspects of protection and renewal,analyzes the influencing factors in the restoration of ancient buildings,finds out the existing problems between protection and renewal,and puts forward some suggestions.
