摘要
基于京津冀地区传统村落的空间分布特征和历史演进机理分析,从传统村落文化保护与资源开发协同、古村落景观维护与原生价值重塑和传统风貌要素激活与资源转化并重等层面提出京津冀传统村落保护性开发的创新思路,并从思想观念、制度保障、技术支撑和实践操作提出发展策略,为京津冀三地传统村落的文化保护和传承协同推进提供借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics and historical evolution mechanism of traditional villages in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regions,the innovative ideas for the protective development of traditional villages in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are put forward from the perspectives of the coordination of traditional village cultural protection and resource development,the maintenance of ancient village landscape and the reconstruction of original values,the activation of traditional style elements and the transformation of resources.And the development strategies are provided from the aspects of ideology,system guarantee,technical support and practical operation.It provides a basis for the coordinated promotion of cultural protection and inheritance of traditional villages in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
