摘要
采用熔融共混挤出法研究了抗氧化剂对PBAT/PLA/TPS全生物降解塑料性能和外观的影响,分别以型号为1076的受阻酚类和型号为405的胺类作主抗氧化剂,以型号为300的硫代双酚类作辅助抗氧化剂。当1076和300以1∶3复配使用,添加量为0.2%时,复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别可达18.2 MPa和816%,而空白样品对应值仅为15.9 MPa和712%。同时,抗氧化剂能有效降低复合材料的熔体流动速率,会对吹膜加工成型带来好处。此外,当405和300以1∶3复配使用,添加量为0.2%时,复合材料的白度值可以从空白样品的35.7%提高至62.4%,材料的颜色得到明显有效的改善。
This article studied the effect of antioxidants on the properties and appearance of PBAT/PLA/TPS fully biodegradable plastics using melt blending extrusion method.The main antioxidants were hindered phenols with model 1067 and amines with model 405,respectively,and thiobisphenols with model 300 as auxiliary antioxidants.When 1076 and 300 were mixed in a 1∶3 ratio with an addition of 0.2%,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite material could reach 18.2 MPa and 816%,respectively,while the corresponding values for the blank sample were only 15.9 MPa and 712%.Meanwhile,antioxidants can effectively reduce the melt flow rate of composite materials,which will bring benefits to blown film processing and molding.In addition,when 405 and 300 are mixed in a 1∶3 ratio with an addition of 0.2%,the whiteness value of the composite material can be increased from 35.7%of the blank sample to 62.4%,and the color of the material is significantly and effectively improved.
