摘要
介绍以乳酸生产丙交酯的国内外研究现状和产业化现状,总结全球目前商业规模丙交酯项目的运行现状,从技术层面分析丙交酯研究及产业化过程中的主要技术难点,并针对主要技术难点提出目前研究认为可行的一些建议解决方案。指出国内丙交酯若想尽快打破国外垄断,应该从选择合适的反应器材质、蒸发器、真空系统、催化剂以及工艺路径等方面入手,努力提高丙交酯的综合收率、化学纯度以及光学纯度。
The situation of research works and industrialization in the world about producing lactide from lactic acid was introduced,and the current operation situation of global lactide projects with business scale was also summarized.Technology research and main technical difficulties for lactide industrialization were analyzed.Suggestions of feasibility plan were introduced to solve the mentioned difficulties.In order to break the foreign monopoly of lactide in China,it is necessary to choose the appropriate reactor material,evaporator,vacuum system,catalyst and process path,so as to improve the comprehensive yield,chemical and optical purity of lactide.
