基于问题的教学方法联合案例式立体教学法在耳鼻喉科带教中的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 当前医疗形势下,耳鼻喉专业的临床教学开展仍面临严峻的挑战,如教学内容枯燥抽象,理论教学与实践技能不匹配,新的专家共识及诊疗指南与临床教学不协调,无法有效激发学生学习、思考的积极性等,因此探索新的教学理念和方法,提升一线医生专业理论与实践相结合解决临床问题的能力,是耳鼻喉专业带教亟须思考的问题。本研究在耳鼻喉专业理论和实践带教工作中,运用基于问题的教学方法(PBL)联合案例式立体教学法(CTTM),把学科常见病、多发病及相关新的专家共识、诊疗指南和新进展等元素植入专业理论和实践教学中,促使一线医生将学科理论与临床技能融会贯通,既培养了临床思维能力,还有助于理论知识与实践技能的融合,丰富临床带教的方法和内容,提高临床带教的质量和水平。 Under the current medical condition,the clinical teaching of otolaryngology still faces severe challenges,such as boring and abstract teaching content,mismatch between theoretical teaching and practical skills,and incompatibility be-tween the new expert consensus and diagnosis and treatment guidelines and clinical teaching,which cannot effectively stim-ulate students'enthusiasm for learning and thinking.Therefore,new teaching concepts and methods are explored.To im-prove the ability of front-line doctors to solve clinical problems by combining professional theory and practice is an urgent problem for otolaryngology teaching.In the theoretical and practical teaching work of otolaryngology,this study applies the problem-based learning(PBL)combined with the case three-dimensional teaching method(CTTM)to integrate the elements of common diseases,frequent diseases and related new expert consensus,diagnosis and treatment guidelines and new progress into the theoretical and practical teaching of the specialty,so as to promote the integration of discipline theory and clinical skills among front-line doctors.It not only cultivates the ability of clinical thinking,but also helps to integrate theo-retical knowledge and practical skills,enrich the methods and contents of clinical teaching,and improve the quality and lev-el of clinical teaching.
